Expertise
Roberto joined the firm in 1999 and became a partner in 2006. He served as managing partner from 2018 to 2020.
He deals with commercial civil litigation relating to both domestic and international matters, with a focus on sales contracts, private tender contracts, commercial leases, and distribution contracts. He advocates cases before trial courts, including the Supreme Court of Cassation, and represents clients in arbitration proceedings. Throughout his career, he has also served as an arbitrator in several disputes.
Over the years, Roberto has developed solid expertise in issues related to management models under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. In this respect, he provides assistance to companies in assessing internal processes, identifying corrective actions to mitigate business risks, drafting the management model, and effectively implementing corrective measures. He also serves as a member of the supervisory board at several companies.
He is a regular speaker at conferences on the administrative liability of entities under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.
